The food went great. All good reviews. The ribs sold out on Friday, we had leftover chicken but ran out of beans and not a lot of potato salad left so we made a bbq chicken sandwich for Saturday with the chicken and topped it with coleslaw and that sold out on Saturday. So it was successful!
I might be leaving before you get here today, it’s my short day. So if we don’t chat today let me know what you think about doing more in the future.

What’s you party size? 20? 60? Eric’s got you covered. I’ve enjoyed Eric’s BBQ at a birthday party and several work events. His pulled pork is tender and flavorful. The brisket is smoked to perfection. The BBQ Baked beans are my favorite side dish! The BBQ sauce is perfectly balanced! Every guest will be full and satisfied with Eric’s food!
It was a lot of fun to have your team out and to enjoy your BBQ. The potato salad was to die for.

It has been months since my inlaws 50th wedding anniversary and I just wanted to tell you that the catering that you provided was beyond exceptional! The food was delicious, the professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. Not only was everything that was promised delivered, there were extras thrown in as well that made the event even more special. I feel for everything you did for us, making sure that a thousand and one details were perfectly executed, made the value of the service you provided more than worth the expense it cost me.
Your passion was more than evident, your professional, friendly approach added to the overall happy atmosphere of the event. The best part of all, was when my father in law told me that the wedding anniversary was even better than he had expected, especially because of the food! Thank you for everything.
Willie Mae’s brisket is the best I have ever had! It melts in your mouth and goes right to your soul! It is tender and savory, and everything you want in a home cooked meal.

OMG! This food is the best ever! Best brisket I’ve ever had! But don’t tell my mother-in-law I said that! And the fried chicken is perfect. The kind of fried chicken you could eat every meal of the day perfect!
